Attend either of our two Sunday worship services. A traditional worship is held at 8:30 a.m., and a praise worship service is held at 11 a.m.

Sunday school for youth and adults is at 9:45 a.m. (except during summer months). See our online calendar for all upcoming events and activities.

Ample parking is available in front and adjacent to the church at 18th Street and Mississippi Boulevard, Bettendorf.

Join us Sat., Aug. 27 for GRACE - God Relationship Asbury Children Event

GRACE – God Relationship Asbury Children Event – is a fun morning to grow in your relationship with God as we embark on our "Christian Olympics!"

There will be games, music, crafts and a lesson. Let's all "Run To Win."

The event is for ages 2 to 5th grade.

There will also be an adult class put on by the Adult Ministry.

Lunch will be provided after the morning event.

Volunteers are still needed to help that day.

Then, on Sunday, August 28, we will perform during the worship service. More details to follow later.

Our UMC History

The people of Asbury United Methodist Church are part of the second largest Protestant denomination in the United States. Our worldwide connection includes approximately 12.8 million members. The United Methodist Church was formed when the Methodist Church and the Evangelical United Brethren Church merged in 1968, but we trace our heritage back to the movement begun in 1729 in England by John and Charles Wesley.
